Healthy Smiles Dental Plan
We now offer our own in-office dental plan for patients without dental coverage. Healthy Smiles Dental Plan is $250 per person annually. Once the fee is paid you are entitled to the plan benefits for 12 consecutive months.
Membership Benefits Include::
- 2 annual examinations
- 2 basic dental cleanings (6 months apart)
- All necessary radiographs
- Oral cancer screenings
- TMJ evaluations
- 1 professional fluoride treatment
- 25% savings on ALL dental treatments
Some exclusions apply.
Discounts are not given on medications. ZOOM in-office whitening or any other items sold in the office.
Dental Insurance and Financing
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept cash check and debit payments.
Insurance
We accept all PPO Dental Insurance Plans. Please call if you need more information about whether we accept your specific plan. We do not accept HMO Dental plans or Medi-Cal at this time.
Financing
Lincoln Dental Care offers financing upon application and approval, to anyone, regardless of insurance status. Multiple financing options are available, including interest-free financing for options. Many patients choose these options in order have needed dental work completed and to have an affordable monthly payment.
